By using SnapTool ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

SnapTool provides free, browser-based developer utilities including formatters, encoders, generators, and converters. All tools run client-side — your data is processed locally in your browser and never transmitted to our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or its infrastructure
• Automate access in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Use the Service to process malware, exploits, or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

The SnapTool name, logo, and website code are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to the data you process through our tools (which, again, never leaves your browser).

5. Pro & API Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about tool outputs. Always verify critical results independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnapTool shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes data loss, inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll post a notice on this page for significant changes.
